Features
- When sensor detects a broken needle pin or over 1.0mm needle chip, buzzer will sound and conveyor belt will stop. After that, detected products will be returned at hand.
- This new type needle detector is equipped with select switch for Production mode and Test Card mode.
- Monitor of detecting sensitivity helps to adjust sensitivity. 10 pieces of indicator lamp identifies exact location of foreign object so that you can find it easily.
- Detecting sensitivity can be adjustable with step less.
