Air Supply Pressure
The on-site air supply pressure must exceed 0.6 MPa, with a stable air supply maintained. If the operating pressure drops below ≤0.5 MPa, it indicates insufficient air supply, which will affect performance.

Atomization Pressure
The atomization pressure should be set between 0.3 and 0.4 MPa. For ultra-low pressure operations, the glue output must be reduced accordingly. Adjust the actual setting based on the atomization effect, with the smallest visible atomization being optimal.

Pressure Tank Settings
The internal tank pressure should be set to 0.2 MPa and must not exceed 0.3 MPa. If the safety valve pops open, immediately check if the pressure is too high. If the pressure is within normal limits but the valve remains open, replace it. Do not forcefully push the valve back into place, as this may cause safety hazards.

Electrical Supply
The power supply voltage must be AC 220V, with proper grounding using the provided grounding wire.

Spray Gun Components
The spray gun assembly consists of intricate components, and unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited. In case of malfunction, contact the supplier for professional on-site maintenance. Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.

Product Warranty
This product comes with a one-year warranty.

Warning!
Before removing the spray nozzle and material pipe, ensure that the tank pressure has been fully released. Failure to do so may result in significant glue overflow, posing a safety risk.
