  • Flexible Pocket Sizing: Handles pocket widths from 80mm to 250mm and heights from 76mm to 250mm with ease.
  • Quick Jig Change: Change jigs in about 3 minutes (or 15 seconds with upper & lateral folders pre-fixed).
  • High Output: One pocket takes 4–6 seconds to crease. Up to 6000 pockets can be creased in 10 hours.
  • Adjustable Jig (Optional): Equipped with an adjustable jig capable of adjusting up to 4cm for maximum flexibility (includes bottom plate, cover plate, and high-temp plate).
  • Ideal Applications: Suitable for use with knitted and woven fabrics; works on regular and irregular pocket shapes including square, round, hexagon, sharp corners, etc.
