The Juita JT-P900 Series is a high-performance flapping machine designed for down jackets, cotton fillings, embossing, and other textile products. Ideal for industrial garment factories, it delivers three times the efficiency of manual labor, ensuring smooth, even, and precise distribution of fillings.

The series includes two models:

• JT-P900A – Classic model with up and bottom suction dust removal, optional antistatic function, and conveyor system.

• JT-P900B – Economy model with bottom air suction and automatic down flapping, providing a cost-effective solution for mass production.

Equipped with an advanced intermittent transmission mode, the JT-P900 ensures the conveyor only moves when material flapping is complete, preventing fabric pulling and damage. Its cotton recovery function collects floating fibers for reuse, minimizing waste. The machine can handle a wide range of materials and patterns, including down (90-50 velvet, hand velvet, fly silk, wool) and cotton (machine-filled, pearl, imitation silk, hand-stuffed), as well as complex shapes like V-type, trapezoid, and embossed designs.

With adjustable bilateral flapping strength, it ensures even and balanced filling distribution, producing 12,000–15,000 down jacket parts or 1,500–2,000 cotton pieces per day, depending on the model. The JT-P900 Series combines precision, speed, and labor-saving automation, making it indispensable for modern textile production.
